Thank you for being patient and supporting us during this period.
All of our deliveries are internationally posted. Dispatch takes 24-72 hours before the item is sent out, and tracking is sent out within 1 week of dispatch.
Free delivery can take 14-42 days after dispatch, however we require an allowance of 50-70 days total - in case of customs issue with entering the country. This can end up slowing the process, but the items are still on their way.
Should your goods not arrive within 60-70 days, we will issue you a full refund. Please be patient during this time.
We hope you understand that we are not responsible for the lost item after it’s delivered to our customer shipping address, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange in this case.
Our policy lasts 7 days. Within 7 days of receiving the goods, simply contact us at email@example.com and claim a return request. If 7 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Wearable items such as clothes and shoes cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return your product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll give you an address to send your item(s) to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
1. The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
2. The package has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
3. The order went missing.
4. The estimated delivery time has expired. If items do not arrive within the allocated delivery time (70 days + 72 hours processing time).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll give you an address to send your item(s) to.
Customs & Import Fees
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in CAD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
You may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end customer is responsible for these fees.
You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.
Proshot Bazaar has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Proshot Bazaar, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
