1. What if I forget my login password?
Click on “Forgot Password” at the Sign in page, and fill in your registered email then we’ll email you a link to easily reset your password.
2. Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order is approved, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
3. Why was my payment declined?
Most payments are declined due to billing information entered not matching the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to check that your payment details match what your bank has on file, and if that still does not work, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will try our best to help.
4. Do you offer free Shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery can take 7-28 days after dispatch (Dispatch takes 24-72 hours before the item is sent out, and tracking is sent out within 1 week of dispatch.), however we require an allowance of 40-50 days total - in case of customs issue with entering the country. This can end up slowing the process, but the items are still on their way. Most items however will ship much faster than that. more details

Yes. We offer refunds on new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. more details
8. Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States and more...
9. What are my payment options?
Our secure checkout is powered by Stripe — a leading payment provider for global commerce. You can always pay via PayPal or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard & American Express), additional payment methods may be available depending on country you are based in and currency you are using.
10. How do I track my order?
We will send one order confirmation email to you after you complete your purchase. When your package is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email from us with the tracking information.You can also track your order through the "Track Your Order" page on our website, via the order number we sent you in the email.
Please note that for Registered Airmail, their tracking system can sometimes be slow to update, and you may not see your order appear for a few days.
